In the Central African Republic, health and technology are a luxury: a generation of the future is waiting for its opportunity

In the Central African Republic, more than 70% of the population lives in extreme poverty, and access to basic services such as healthcare and education is extremely limited.

According to the WHO, there are on average only 0.1 doctors per 1,000 inhabitants, and many hospitals are closed or lack equipment due to conflict and insufficient investment.

In terms of education, fewer than 40% of young people complete secondary school, and there are virtually no training centers for modern technologies: no programming, no robotics, no renewable energy.

This gap not only affects quality of life but also stifles the potential of an entire generation.

Talented young people cannot become entrepreneurs, innovators, or skilled technicians because they lack access to tools, training, and infrastructure.

The A4J Foundation was born with a clear vision: to build community hospitals and technology schools in strategic areas of the Central African Republic, so that health and knowledge become the foundation of local economic development.

Because we believe that a hospital saves lives today, and a technology school transforms the country tomorrow.
